According to the current legislation on distance selling, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without needing to justify your decision.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

* be in the same condition in which it was delivered;
* show no signs of use, damage, or alteration;
* be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories received.

After confirming your request, you will receive the necessary instructions for shipping the product.

Refund of Value

After receiving and verifying the returned product, its value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase, if permitted by law.

Return Costs

The cost of shipping for returning the product is borne by the customer, except in situations where the received product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Exceptions

Products showing clear signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or alterations made after delivery cannot be returned.
